Pace Engineering  & Architecture-Skills USA Club

In the  Engineering  and Architectural pathway we encourage  students to Participate in our SklillsUSA Club. 

Students who participate in the the club are taught to become leaders , and get to network with  students across TX  , it is allows them to show case there knowledge and skills in both Engineering and Architecture 

Pace SkillsUSA â€‹STEM Club

The SkillsUSA Club has been under the direction  of Mr. Oneil Cuevas since 2002
Over the years he has been able to produce, Multi Texas State Champions the in the fields of Architecture, Technical Engineering, and Civil Engineering and has had the great honor in representing the SkillsUSA National competition 5 times and placing 3rd in Architectural Drafting at Nationals in 2018. 
In 2015 Mr. Jose Reyes was hired to further enhance the pathway and brings his experience in Civil Surveying  which has not only brought new depth to the program but also his years of SkillsUSA experience has allowed students to participate in the Civil Land Surveying competition bringing back multiple championships at State.
 Mr. Juan Moran has been teaching science at Pace since 1999 and has taught all courses offered at school. He made a perfect addition to our program and we immediately asked him to join our team in 2016. He brings his expertise witch further enhance our program and further expanded are reach in the engineering field. His knowledge in physics and robotics made him a perfect fit for our courses in engineering. He also holds many Multi Texas State Champions and National Qualifiers. Under his guidance we have developed a successful robotics team. 
The Club is always evolving and growing, and we would highly encourage your son/daughter to participate to have a great experience and grow and gain a lasting memory.
